When you add a ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, a signed pass is generated for your device. Tapticks receives confirmation that a pass was installed and, at the gate, that it was scanned. We do not receive your wider wallet contents, contacts, or location.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Order records are typically retained for seven years. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular review. Payment card details are handled by PCI-compliant processors — Tapticks never stores your full card number. No system is perfectly secure, so we also rely on you to keep your account credentials safe.
Tapticks is operated for the Jamaican market, but some of our service providers process data in other countries. Where information leaves Jamaica, we use appropriate safeguards so it stays protected to the standard described in this policy.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact privacy@tapticks.app and we will remove it.
