All tickets are standing and seated General Admission and are available on a first come first serve basis. The Opera Boxes are only accessible by stairs. Advance tickets can be purchased online or at The Sylvee box office. Once the doors have opened, if tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the Majestic Theatre.

When do gates open?
Gates open at 2:00 AM. We push a notification to your wallet pass if the time changes.
Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Yes. Transfer by name from the My Tickets page — no screenshot exchanges, the original pass voids automatically.
Is there a refund window?
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before gates. After that, sales are final unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
