When do gates open?
Gates open at 5:00 PM. We push a notification to your wallet pass if the time changes.
Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Yes. Transfer by name from the My Tickets page — no screenshot exchanges, the original pass voids automatically.
Is there a refund window?
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before gates. After that, sales are final unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
